A few weeks ago the people of Garagem Master gave us their particular vision of how it should be a Honda Nx 350 Sahara, in its version adapted to the needs of the 21st century. Subsequently, they did the same with which they themselves have baptized as XRE 300 GRIMSOM. Two conceptual refers that ultimately show us two mounts of Adventure very in line with the current design demands.
Will Honda reissue the mythical NX 350 Sahara?
Focusing on the first one, the aforementioned NX 350 Sahara, there is no doubt that the brand would succeed as the Coca Cola to give life to a new model baptized under those iconic acronyms. These refer to a model that, during the 1990s, became a reference within some international markets. Mainly in some enclaves of South America.
That NX 350 Sahara originally looked a design inspired precisely on the motorcycles with which Honda competed in the most emblematic raids on the planet. Based on this same philosophy, from Garagem Master they have been inspired by the iconic model to offer us their particular vision of what could become a review of it, if Honda decided to reissue it in this current era.
To do this, they opt for a very “Africa Twin” image where we can highlight the “Pico Pato” style fenders or an inverted front fork of great caliber. The radial tires with offroad tires or a forceful cover of large metallic crankcase are not missing either. In addition, the design is completed with a table of specifications that, under the criteria of its creators, would go as a ring to a motorcycle of this kind of becoming a series model.
Among its most outstanding characteristics we would find a 350 cc, 4 -stroke, DOHC and liquid cooling monocylinder engine, associated with a six -relationship gearbox. The borrowing figures should walk around 35 hp and the 30 nm of maximum torque. All this accompanied with a cycle part chaired by a steel tubular chassis, 21 and 18 -inch aluminum wheels, in front and behind respectively, or a complete braking equipment with double disc of 320 mm in front and a third disc anchored to the posterior axis.
It cannot be missing a complete technological deployment of the last batch; Double channel ABS, 7 ”TFT screen with Bluetooth, integrated GPS, compatible with navigation and full-light music and lighting applications, they should be part of the standard endowment of this NX 350 Sahara dreamed. Its own creators conclude explaining:
“The new Honda NX 350 Sahara 2025 Concept is not just a motorcycle; it is a work of art on wheels that inspires the imagination and the desire to explore new horizons. Even as a design exercise, demonstrates the unlimited potential of engineering and motorcycle design.”
There is no doubt that, if production, an NX 350 Sahara would be welcomed with special enthusiasm for the most staunch followers of the Japanese firm. Mainly for all those who are purer offroad lovers, but above all those who are currently in possession of the current A2 card and, for the moment, they cannot be done with a Twin Africa at a 1: 1 scale.
