The 2025 edition of the TT Island of Man It has already begun and will celebrate its first race this Saturday, May 31, in the most demanding route of motorcycling. Arai is again present as a reference brand in protection, with its RX-7V Evo, including its version approved by the FIM, as a usual choice among the TT participants, including the Spanish Víctor López, which the Japanese firm has wanted to support with BIHR.
This year, in addition, the brand re -pays tribute to its historic relationship with the TT through a special edition 2025. The story of Arai in the TT began in 1984, with Joey Dunlop and Brian Reid. Since then, the brand has witnessed and allied in the deeds of legends such as Michael Dunlop, Peter Hickman or Dean Harrison.
Its presence, constant and majority, is no coincidence, since a large part of the pilots who participate in the TT of the Island of Man do so with a Arai helmet. In addition, the brand uses the TT as a test laboratory in real conditions for the continuous development of the brand.
ARAI RX-7V EVO: Life Insurance
The RX-7V Evo is the helmet that concentrates all the experience and technology of Arai, both in its commercial version approved under the regulations ECE 22.06 as in its FIM version for competition. Its PB-SNC hens, its outdoor design optimized for the sliding, the vary axis system or the interior padded pure antibacterial and removable indoor pads are part of a philosophy that puts the real protection of the pilot before any other criterion.
It also includes the ERS emergency extraction system, a more efficient ventilation system ( +11% in entrance, +19% in extraction), and Air Wing adjustable aerodynamic stabilizer. All this, the result of joint work with the pilots and the rigorous analysis of each helmet involved in a fall.
The TT 2025 will mark a milestone in the trajectory of Víctor López, Madrid pilot winner of Junior Manx Grand Prix 2023. López now faces the challenge of competing in the Tourist Trophy, and will do so with the direct back of Bihr and Arai. Likewise, one more year, Arai has launched a limited edition of the RX-7V Evo aimed at the public to commemorate its link with the TT.
The RX-7V EVO 2025 version created by Aldo Drudipresents a decoration that integrates the new official colors of the test (orange, blue and white), the triskelion, the circuit route, the inscription “Ellan Vannin” and the double logo of the TT in circular pattern. An edition available to those who want to be part, even if it is symbolically, of this story shared between tradition, technology and passion for the two wheels.
