This year, the WSBK event with Motorland Aragón arrives in the final phase of the championship, and it is not really known what we can expect from the weekend beyond all the activities that the organization has prepared. Because this year the situation is quite different.
Even so, you have to remember before all that neither Razgatlioglu nor Bulega could beat a single of the played races, with Iannone winning the first and Bautista the superpole Race and race 2, so in this sense we split blank. Of course, the two protagonists of this year rose to the podium, so in one way or another they will be competitive.
In addition, Motorland Aragon is a track that has historically favored Ducati. Since the circuit arrived to the championship, the Italians have taken 20 victories and 41 podiums in front of 11 and 37 of Kawasaki. BMW has three victories and 9 podiums, which makes it clear that it is not, a priori, the track that best comes to the German motorcycle.
But that does not take away so that Toprak wants to continue increasing the advantage it carries in the championship with respect to a Bulega that, despite everything, endures. Taking into account that every weekend there are 62 points at stake, the fact that Razgatlioglu Aventoje in 39 to Bulega before arriving in Alcañiz makes it clear that there is still much to decide.
Of course, the advantage of the BMW pilot is enough to start managing and, on paper, it is worth doing second in all the races that remain seasonal to achieve the title. Although he is not in his character, Razgatlioglu could begin to conserve, while Bulega only has to go to attack. All, yes, while no other pilot gets to get in between, something that in Aragon can be easier due to the importance of the rebu and the mechanical advantage that the Ducati in Punta have.
We will also have to be attentive to the performance of the three Spanish pilots at home, and for all it is special. B
Motorland Aragón details
As we said, Motorland’s is a peculiar track and, in fact, the one that has the greatest line of the entire championship, although in this case it is not the main line. But then, at the same time, it is a path in which we find rapid curves, medium speed curves and also very slow and complicated curves.
The elbows of curve 1 and 12 are ideal for overtaking, which is possible but more difficult in curves 5 and 7, and becomes almost a matter of faith in 8-9, the “Tirabiaz”. Perhaps the easiest point of overtaking, to compensate, whether on the countermeta line, for which you have to work well curves 14 and 15, where there are also overtaking, but they are more complicated to consolidate.
In short, the Motorland Aragon is a complete, varied circuit and where, unlike many others, there are so many overtaking points and so many possibilities that it is already a matter of capacity of the pilots themselves or not.
Where to see Superbike Aragón 2025
A more weekend we have several ways to enjoy all the action of the WSBK, which in this case we can also do it live due to closeness. But if we stay home for one or the other reasons, we have several options to enjoy it and several of them free.
On the one hand, there is Dazn, where you simply have to be registered, but it is not necessary to subscribe to a payment plan. In addition, it is the most complete option, as it emits the races from free. Also “free” we have Teledeporte, which in addition to the television channel will offer it at RTVE Play, the online platform of the public chain.
For those who prefer payment platforms, Eurosport will issue the championship through its Eurosport 1 and 2 channels, in addition to including it in the Max app. In the same way, another Premium alternative is the official videopass of the WSBK, with total championship coverage.
