The German Grand Prix has been Marc Márquez territory, and Sachsenring, one of the clues where Spanish has always managed to go one step further than the rest of the pilots. That is why this year in which it is being so overwhelmingly superior, the spotlights are even more on it if possible.
And that we have already seen several great awards in which Marc, without being one of his favorite clues, has been sufficiently superior to his rivals to take the two victories at stake, and also tremendously solvent.
But it is also true that for its rivals, having the opportunity to beat it on a track where it is so superior is an extra incentive. And the points are not distributed until the races and also, if the two strong falls of Assen remember that there is a lot of championship, and that MotoGP errors can leave very expensive.
And if all this were not enough, everyone has in mind Marc’s mistakes in the GP of the Americas and in the GP of Spain without which, incidentally, it would already have three championship quarters in their pocket. That is why it is also certain that Marc does not want to fail in the GP of Germany and, incidentally, to advise an almost definitive blow in the championship.
And it is that throughout the 2024 Marc season he achieved 392 points to be third and now, after 10 GP and with 12 ahead, he already accumulates 307. Moreover, Martín, to get the title he achieved 508. These figures clearly demonstrate the point where Marc is located, and why the GP of Germany is so important for him and his rivals.
Among his rivals of this weekend we must not rule out Álex Márquez for now, although after the injury in his left hand and after having passed through the operating room it is unknown to know how he can perform. Pecco Bagnaia, third in the general, has always been competitive in Germany and could be a candidate together with Morbidelli, Di Giannantonio, Viñales, Acosta, Quartararo or even Zarco and Bezzecchi, if the Honda and the April work work well on the German track.
In any case, we must not lose sight of the fact that this is the first of two consecutive races, and perhaps the premise should be not to make a mistake that is also paid in the Czech Republic. But stop that we will have to wait for the action to begin.
Where to see the Greatness of Germany 2025
The German GP can only be followed, as usual, through Dazn. It will be the digital platform who exclusively broadcasts the press conferences, training and careers plus its analysis and previous programs. You can enjoy it through the platform itself and also through television operators that have the channel.
In the same way we continue to have the MotoGP Victures, still at the original price, to be able to see practically the same, that is, the international signal but in English. The counterpart is that you can also access historical content.
