Where to see the San Marino 2025 Grand Prix, schedules and more info

The San Marino Grand Prix could have been the first match ball for Marc Márquez. Mathematics, which do not fail, are not on the side of now eight times world champion so that champion can be crowned this weekend. Only three points deprive him of the possibility of having chosen in Ducati’s house, but it will not be possible.

What is safe is that the title is going to be taken by a Ducati pilot, who by the way won the Constructors Championship already in Catalonia last weekend. And it is that Mathematically only Bagnaia, Álex Márquez and Marc himself can overcome the championship, still with seven rounds ahead. The rest are discarded and Bagnaia, if you are not able to overcome 28 points this weekend to Marc, it will also be out. So unless Pecco can turn the tortilla and Marc has the worst weekend of the year, we will leave the San Marino Grand Prix with the mathematical certainty that a Márquez will be champion.

But that does not mean that there is not much to decide yet. What we are living now is practically a generalized essay of what can be 2026, with Ducati seeing how the rest of brands are shortening the differences.

We are already seeing it in the last great awards such as KTM, Aprilia, Yamaha and Honda are one step closer and, in fact, the Ducati for some or other reasons no longer monopolize the first positions. Especially remarkable is the role of KTM, which has turned the situation and is now planting Firilia for being the second most competitive motorcycle of the grill and, incidentally, both Bezzecchi with the Italian motorcycle and Acosta and Bastianini with the Austrian, fighting for the podium.

The case of Yamaha and Honda is a bit different, because they are not yet at the same point although they seem to be closer. It is usual to see some Japanese fighting for the top5, usually more to the Honda in general and the Yamaha de Quartarar in particular. But this weekend will be special for Yamaha because Augusto Fernández will make the New Yamaha M1 V4 in competition debut during the San Marino Grand Prix.

As they have slipped from Yamaha, it is a step forward and a more competitive motorcycle than the current one, but for now no more details are known. Nor if in case of being affirmative and taking advantage of the concessions they have and that allow them to modify the engine specifications, they will make it debut with the official pilots here at the end of the season.

Where to see the San Marino Grand Prix 2025

The rest of the brands are already approaching Ducati frequently

After TV3 issued the Catalonia GP open, we return to normal for the San Marino Grand Prix. That is, we will have the Dazn option, its digital platform and the television operators that offer it to enjoy everything that happens during the weekend in Spanish and being subscribed.

The other option, also for payment, is the MotoGP videoplay as long as it is hired, because right now MotoGP.com does not allow new highs. Of course, we must remember that this service both the narration and the reports are in English.
