208 HP and super luxury price

MV Agusta and ABT Sportsline they merge to give life to this exclusive Brutale 1000 ABT limited edition. A motorcycle that will only be assembled 130 numbered units for everyone and that represents the maximum synthesis between art and performance. With her commemorates the 130th anniversary of the German firmone of the reference brands within its sector.

In short, we are looking at a motorcycle that transcends the traditional limits of its category. As described by MV Agusta, “The Brutale 1000 ABT is not simply a special edition, but a declaration of intent: a machine where advanced technology, exclusivity and the emotion of design coexist in perfect balance.”

MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT in detail

A motorcycle like this Brutale 1000 ABT cannot leave anything to chance. We are talking about the summation of two wheels, so both brands have done their best when it comes to choosing the ideal configuration with which to present it to the world. Starting with its mechanical section where the Italian firm uses the well-known 1,000 cc Euro 5+ inline four-cylinder engine.

Key new features include new camshafts, an engine remap, increased throttle sensitivity, optimized gearbox ratios and a shorter final drive ratio designed to improve acceleration and responsiveness. An engine that for the occasion has a four-outlet Arrow Titanium Slip-on exhaust with a specific ECU configuration available in the specific kit (for competition use only).

The final result is 201 HP at 13,500 rpm (standard exhaust) and 208 HP at 14,000 rpm if we mount the aforementioned kit, also declaring 116 Nm of maximum torque at 11,000 rpm when we keep the stock configuration of this Brutale 1000 ABT. Figures within the reach of very few motorcycles on the market and that require a very high level cycle part to be able to enjoy them with complete safety. Once again MV Agusta uses a repertoire of components and systems reserved for occasions as special as this one.

The Brutale 1000 ABT comes equipped with high-end fully adjustable Öhlins electronic suspensions, including a Nix EC inverted front fork with TiN surface treatment. At the rear, the Italian firm has opted for a progressive EC TTX shock absorber, while the steering is assisted by an EC shock absorber with electronic manual and automatic adjustment modes.

Another crucial element in this section and decisive in the behavior of this Brutale 1000 ABT are its forged wheels, both front and rear, guaranteeing optimal rigidity while reducing unsprung mass, improving agility and driving response. In turn, the carbon rear cover of the rim, derived from the aerodynamics of racing cars, reduces turbulence and contributes to greater aerodynamic efficiency.

Finally, we cannot overlook the braking system that this limited series incorporates, made up of two front discs. Braking Batfly 320mm (for competition use only), designed with contoured channel geometry for superior heat dissipation and continuous self-cleaning action. These are powered by Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers, the system offers exceptional braking consistency, modulation and braking performance, typical of a racing circuit.

There is no doubt that the Brutale 1000 ABT is a true gem of engineering, but it takes on even more meaning and prominence when it is backed by a design, equipment and finishes that live up to expectations. Its inspiration in the world of high-performance automotive design, integrating functional elements derived from racing technology, is key in this aspect.

On the other hand, we have a distinctive decoration with character that combines Nero Carbonio Metallizzato and Rosso Fuocoexpressing both aggressiveness and sophistication, while visually merging the identities of both brands. A narrative element runs along both sides of the motorcycle: the German flag together with the ABT motto “from the circuit to the road” on one side, and the Italian flag combined with the iconic MV Agusta motto “motorcycle art” on the other, creating a visual dialogue between the precision of German engineering and Italian artistic mastery.

All graphics are applied using high-quality water-based decal technology, creating a low-profile finish fully encapsulated under the clear coat. The process includes precise hand application, controlled curing cycles and a top coat of clear varnish, resulting in exceptional durability, UV resistance and seamless visual integration with painted surfaces.

Likewise, the seat features an alcantara upholstery, selected for its superior tactile quality and its strong association with high-performance automobile interiors. Custom-made with a honeycomb padding pattern and combined with a 5mm layer of foam, it combines aesthetic refinement with riding comfort, while ensuring long-term durability and ergonomic support.

Another detail that we cannot overlook are the front brake calipers painted in black with Brembo logos in red, following the design conventions of high-end automobiles, where the braking components become both functional and aesthetic highlights. But without a doubt the most distinctive element is the carbon cover on the rear wheel, inspired by turbofan-style racing wheels.

Beyond its visual impact, this component actively reduces aerodynamic turbulence around the rear wheel, helping to improve the drag coefficient and translating racing engineering into tangible benefits in road performance. All this without forgetting that the Brutale 1000 ABT includes an arsenal of components made of carbon fiber that are also presented under a smooth fabric finish, including:
