Less than a month ago we learned about the next model that LiveWire had been working on for some time, the new S2 Alpinista. A motorcycle that will be officially presented in a few hours and about which we now know some more information thanks to the colleagues at Motorcycle. In turn, the brand itself published a new video of the model on its official website last Friday, although everything indicates that it did so by mistake.
LiveWire S2 Alpinista 2025: “Designed for customization, practicality and mastery”
With the new image we have of the front that will equip the S2 Alpinista, we can conclude that we are looking at a motorcycle that combines part of the aesthetics and technique already seen in its range sisters, the S2 Del Mar and the Mulholland. The headlight looks similar to the one used by the latter, as does the handlebar, although the driving position seems different.
At the level of the cycle part, the 17” wheels are confirmed on both axles, as detailed by the brand itself: “First standard sports car, equipped with 17″ wheels and tires, which combines the best of street, sport and hypertourism characteristics.” This makes the seat height a little closer to the ground than in the S2 Del Mar. Specifically 1.1 inches, with a final measurement of around 790 mm.
On the other hand, we know that the new S2 Alpinista will offer specifications identical to the other models in the LiveWire S2 range. This translates into a nominal power of 40 HP and 263 Nm of maximum torque. The brand declares a top speed of 159 km/hwith an official empty weight, which will be around 195 kilograms.
Finally and as an important fact: The price of the S2 Alpinista will start from $15,999placing it below its range sisters in this aspect. Likewise, everything indicates that the new S2 Alpinista seems to be more focused on the European markets, although this is something that has yet to be confirmed.
Tomorrow we will clear up doubts.
