Benelli TRK 602X 2026 – Technical Data Sheet, Photos and Price

Benelli reinforces its position in the competitive adventure crossover market with the arrival of the TRK 602X 2026, a natural evolution of the legendary TRK 502 that for years was the sales leader in Europe. Presented at EICMA 2025, this new generation was born with the mission of keeping the essence of the TRK family alive, while introducing a comprehensive improvement in all sections: design, engine, chassis, technology and equipment.

The Pesaro brand has invested considerable effort in its development, involving both the Centro Stile and the R&D department, with the aim of redefining the formula that led to the success of the 502. The result is a more refined, mature and advanced motorcycle, which retains Benelli’s adventurous DNA but fully adapts to the current demands of European motorcyclists.

Engine of the Benelli TRK 602X 2026

The heart of the new TRK 602X 2026 is a 554 cm³ inline twin with a 270° crankshaft, the same engine that has already debuted in the Tornado 550 and will soon also power the Tornado Naked Twin 550. It is a completely revised engine that significantly improves the character and response compared to the previous 500 cc.

With a maximum power of 56 HP at 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 54 Nm at 5,500 rpm, the TRK 602X offers a livelier and more forceful delivery, especially in the middle zone of the rev counter, which translates into more energetic behavior both on and off the road. The new intake and exhaust system contributes to better engine breathing, while the electronic management optimizes consumption and smoothness in the throttle response.

The new mechanics also comply with the latest Euro5+ emissions regulations, maintaining a balance between performance, efficiency and characteristic sound, thanks to the distinctive irregular pulse provided by the crankshaft at 270°.

Benelli has maintained the structural philosophy that gave such good results in the 502, but introducing key improvements. The steel multi-tubular chassis remains the main pillar, although it is now complemented by an aluminum auxiliary structure that reinforces the front part and supports the instrument tower. The rear subframe is also newly designed, lighter and stronger, contributing to a reduction in weight and a seat height of 825 mm, suitable for mixed use on the road and trails.

The suspensions are completely new. In the front we find a 43 mm inverted fork with 140 mm of travel, which improves precision in curves and comfort on broken terrain. At the rear, the system combines an aluminum swingarm with a monoshock shock absorber with adjustable preload and hydraulic damping (both compression and extension), with a travel of 173 mm, ensuring excellent traction and control on any surface.

The braking system has also been updated. It is equipped with two 320 mm front discs with four-piston radial calipers and a 260 mm rear disc with a single-piston floating caliper, all assisted by a disconnectable dual-channel ABS. The aluminum spoke wheels maintain the off-road light approach, measuring 19 inches at the front and 17 at the rear, shod with 110/80 and 150/70 tires, respectively.

Although the TRK 602X 2026 is positioned as an entry-level model within Benelli’s adventure universe, its equipment surprises with its level of sophistication. The bike features a 5-inch color TFT screen with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, capable of displaying turn-by-turn navigation or in full map view, a rare feature in this segment.

The electronic package includes two driving modes, Normal and Sport, which adjust the engine response and the level of intervention of the traction control (TCS), which can also be completely disconnected for off-road driving. The ABS is also disconnectable, allowing greater control in off-road use.

Among the standard elements, the handguards with integrated turn signals, the USB socket for mobile devices and the central stand stand out, a practical detail for maintenance or daily use. The 2026 TRK 602X also includes side fenders and aluminum skid plate, essential elements for those looking to explore trails and venture beyond the asphalt.
