Every year we look forward to the arrival of the Yamaha Yz range to know the novelties they will bring, the models that are improved and the draft changes they bring. This year the great renewal comes from the hand of the implacable YZ450F and the fun and fast YZ125, although the rest of the family also receives some small improvements.
With these changes, Yamaha claims to follow at the level that is always expected of a saga that celebrates its 70th anniversary, something that is also reflected in the range.
Yamaha Yz450F: prepared to continue reigning
She is the queen of the house, how could it be otherwise, and in the face of 2026 to the Yamaha Yz450F touches a more in depth review that allows her to continue being at the forefront. Important changes to the engine reach the chassis and the rear suspension.
Starting with the engine, changes in the cylinder head and the admission system have been made with the intention of improving the delivery of power at low and half revolutions but without affecting performance in high. Admission ports have also been checked for general turbulence in the mixture to increase combustion efficiency and, incidentally, improve the motor torque.
The following important change comes in the cycle part with a chassis that evolves with reinforcement and anchoring of the asymmetric engine that have allowed engineers to modify the torsional behavior of the whole to gain stability in braking and passage by curve. The rear suspension, developed next to KYB, offers a more progressive damping force transition, with new pistons and valves that improve behavior both at low and at high speed.
The improvement list continues with the hydraulic clutch, a new non -slip surface in the seat, the quietest exhaust system and the possibility of controlling the ECU Mobile App, with customizable adjustments and anti -theft block system.
YZ125 2026: Soft, more precise, just as funny

The two -time segment is still alive thanks to models such as Yamaha Yz125, a motorcycle that combines lightness, power and remains a pilot school. By 2026, Yamaha has refined this modern classic with a new admission, optimized carburation and ignition settings for a more linear and predictable power delivery.
The camshaft, the main chiclés and the carburetor needle have been updated to improve the accelerator response and make the power delivery more constant in the entire range of revolutions. Air admission has been redesigned for a more efficient flow, while the ignition has been recalibrated for more precise combustion.
The result is an even easier motorcycle to use and with a better curve output, ideal for both rookies and experienced pilots.
YZ250F, YZ250, YZ85 and YZ65: aesthetic update and base technology

The Yamaha Yz250 and YZ250F are also present in this range update, receiving new graphics and Icon Blue colors scheme that reinforce their visual presence. Both remain referents in their segment for their relationship between power, manageability and mechanical reliability.
The smallest of the group, the YZ65 and the YZ85, also receive new colors and decorations, betting on offering the same high -level sensations as their older sisters. These motorcycles, which remain the first steps to introduce the little ones in the house in the competition, remain a proven mechanical base and have a design adapted to the needs of the champions of the future.
PW50 2026: The beginning of everything

Few models can boast of having been the first motorcycle of a whole generation of pilots such as the Yamaha PW50. By 2026, this classic among classics is updated with new graphics and the icon blue tone. Its 50 cc automatic engine, with a gas limiter and low seat, continue to maintain it as the ideal option to take the first steps in the off road.
