The video published in the official Ducati YouTube channel brings us two of the greatest passions that are regularly enjoyed in the iconic city of Miami: gastronomy and motorcycles. A fusion of pleasures that, as the Italian firm itself describes in the heading of the video description:

For this experience, the protagonists have the services of two Diavel V4 specimens. A motorcycle that is positioned as the maximum reference to consider within its segment. Inside we find the jewel of the crown, the v4 granturism already seen in other models of the house. Specifically, the version that equips the current Multistrada V4 of 1,158 CC, associated with a 6 -speed change equipped with the already known Ducati Quick Shift system.
The result are portentous 168 hp at 10,750 rpm of maximum power declared, while the pair remains in 126 Nm at 7,500 rpmmanaging to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds. All this is managed thanks to the four Riding Modes: Sport, Touring, Urban and the New Wet, designed for low adhesion surfaces.

In his “playground” at Casa Maria Luigia, in the Modena countryside, there is a wonderful collection of Ducati motorcycles surrounded by works of art and objects that passionate the chef.
