This summer, Boí Taüll will offer its visitors the opportunity to rent Torrot electric scooters so that children can explore the beautiful landscape while the snow has melted.
For the first time, summer visitors to the Boí Taüll resort will be able to rent a Torrot electric scooter so that the littlest members of the family can ride through the picturesque landscape while it is not snowing.
From 20 July to mid-September, thanks to a collaboration with Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya and the support of AVANÇSA, visitors will have the opportunity to reserve a model from Torrot’s MX range. These vehicles are designed for use on all types of terrain, offering performance and personality on a dedicated test track.
Tourism and sustainable enjoyment in Boí Taüll
The Torrot models, which are fully electric and have a range of approximately four hours, allow visitors to enjoy the highest ski resort in the Catalan Pyrenees in a sustainable and fun way. Both the MX1 and MX2 are available for hire, suitable for children between 3 and 10 years old.
The purpose-built track can be extended up to 200 metres or shortened for younger riders, and is designed with no jumps or uneven terrain to suit all skill and confidence levels.
John Dixon, CEO of Torrot, comments: «We are delighted that visitors to Boí Taüll can rent a Torrot for the little ones in the family. It is such a beautiful part of the world and there are so many activities to do and spectacular things to see, we hope that the possibility of renting electric scooters for children will allow adults to have a little more time to explore.«.
