Indian Challenger RR for sale at Iconic Auctioneers. Run you fools!

Iconic Auctioneers is selling a replica of the 2023 Indian Challenger RR racing bike. A machine that, by the way, includes a 1,834 cc V-twin mechanical heart, based entirely on the racing machines used by the official Indian Motorcycle team in the racing series held in the USA, “King of the Baggers«.

Of course, the chassis and mechanical elements rival those of the most sophisticated racing bikes in the world. And, as a side note, the official riders Tyler O’Hara and Jeremy McWilliams have surpassed the 290 km/h on the banked curve of the legendary Daytona track.

This is not a machine for the untrained. As we mentioned before, this unit is the 16th of a limited edition of 29 units, and will go on sale on August 25 at the Silverstone Festival. Its price is estimated to be between 88,000 and the 94,000 euros.

Since we are running out of time, we are going to tell you a little more about this exclusive and emotional machine, which, by the way, we already told you about at the time. Indian produced in 2023 a series of 29 racing bikes “King of the Baggers” to celebrate the victory of Tyler O’Hara in the championship King of the Baggers 2022. With a cost of around 100,000 eurosThe units were destined for the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany and Japan.

From the Indian Challenger RR Only 29 bikes were produced because that was the number of races that O’Hara completed during the 2022 season, in which he was also crowned champion of the Super Hooliganpiloting a Indian Roadster FTR modified, obviously.

This extreme motorcycle is based on the 1,768 cc Indian Challenger V-twin that generates 120 HP and 177.6 Nm of torque at just 3,800 rpm. Unlike the standard model, these units were assembled to full 2022 racing specifications. As you can imagine, these bikes are designed exclusively for the track and are not legal for road use.

In order for these bikes to be ready to race, each Challenger undergoes a radical transformation that leaves little trace of the original model. The engine receives several modifications, including a racing exhaust system H.H two in one, new camshafts, a large bore cylinder/piston kit 112 CIDan improved air intake with 78mm throttle body and filter K&Nported cylinder heads CNC and adjustable rockers.

To protect the engine, a crankcase guard has been added. H.Hand sportier footpegs have also been fitted to improve ground clearance. These include a quick-change system and a machined aluminium clutch cover that provides additional protection in the event of a fall.

In addition, the standard 19-inch front and 16-inch rear suspension has been replaced by 17-inch wheels with racing tires. Dunloptogether with front forks Ohlins Fully adjustable FGR250 and a rear shock Ohlins TTX. It has also been converted to chain drive and the swingarm has been modified to handle the additional power and cornering demands.

Other details include carbon fiber saddlebags, more aerodynamic bodywork and front brake calipers. Brembo M4, combined with discs Alpha Racing 330mm and pads SBS special.
