With it they close the creative circle started with the S1000XR “STR10”streetfighter style, although maintaining design lines similar to this sports variant.
The main idea with this “SSR10” was to achieve a daring and intimidating image, through a semi-naked silhouette in which the carbon fiber finishes take center stage from the beginning. As its creators explain: “The first big decision was to cut the original full fairing into a half fairing, keeping the 'nose down' line and the 'shark look' on the right side.”

The first thing that stands out and that also emphasizes the concept that gives rise to the name of this preparation, “Super Short”, is the JvB rear tail mounted on a completely modified subframe, and the attractive Sattlerei Knobel seat. tailor-made.
Then you had to find the exact place to put the license plate holder and not have legal problems. As the VTR Customs team explains: “Under the seat, the streetfighter style, which does not damage lines or lean angles and also complies with Swiss laws!”
The aesthetic is completed with a Nardo gray color scheme combined with candy red applied to the wheels and a wide variety of carbon accessories from BMW HP and Ilmberger. According to its creators:
“After putting all this together on the bike, we stood in front of it and the three of us said the same thing: it's too “busy.” We need to “calm down” the look by removing the standard pieces of silver, gold, etc. of the original RR”.
