He Lexus NX Overtrail It is a more adventurous variant of the 2022 NX, which seeks to give a more off-road feel to this large SUV, available with hybrid and plug-in hybrid propulsion systems. Originally launched in Japan, its arrival in Europe has been confirmed.
This version features exclusive styling details and improvements designed to improve off-road performance. The highlight is its body, raised 200 mm over the basic variants, in addition to increasing the height of the suspension by 15 mm, which makes the total height of the vehicle grow to 1,675 mm. The tires have a special tread for off-road vehicles and the rear suspension is reinforced so as not to suffer on roads.
There are also design elements that cannot be seen on conventional versions, such as the new metallic brown stitching. Moon Desert exclusive or the brand name on the rear in gray. The mirror housings are in gloss black, matching the door handles, wheel arch moldings, roof bars or the entire window frame, as well as the 18-inch alloy wheels, in this case in black mate.
The designers have not missed the opportunity to add exclusive details to the cabin, such as the front seats with black synthetic leather upholstery combined with khaki inserts, which are repeated in the storage box of the center console and door panels, where we find a decorative pattern that imitates the strata of the natural stone that the brand calls Geo Layer.
There is no lack of technology and comfort elements typical of the firm. Among them, the air conditioning system with nanoe-X technology to purify the air, fighting bacteria, viruses, mold and bad odors.
