We all remember the golden era of Mitsubishi in competition. Also when Ralliart helped the Japanese firm with its street models for achieve a sporty character unprecedented. Now the closest thing would be something like the Mitsubishi Colt Performance. It is a creation of the Czech division of the brand that seeks a dose of sportiness, but leaves something cold in the performance part.
The current Mitsubishi Colt shares a platform with the Renault Clio because both brands are part of an alliance. It is the smartest way for the Japanese to have a suitable product for Europe without making a large investment, but It also limits them.
