Stellantis was born from the merger of PSA (France) and FCA (Italo-American). The earthquake was such in the European car panorama that supposed this union that many forgot to Opel, the German brand within the business group.

It is incredible that the brand obtains decent (non -spectacular) results without the presence of SUV in the range. And (from Opel they recognize it), they suffered a little the lack of some product. Without small SUVs and compact SUVs it is difficult to have a good sales volume. But facing 2025 that will change, because several interesting models arrive.

In 2025 this German brand (more Spanish than ever in our market), comes with news in the SUV segment. They finally have a complete range, both in bodies and electrification.

The model has nothing to do with the great SUV of the 90s. Now it measures 4,385 mmcompact dimensions (just 230 mm more than Mokka), but without giving up being versatile – with seven seats -, robust and essential image. A simple car but that can be interesting.

It is the substitute for Crossland, which was manufactured in Zaragoza … but the border now passes to a Slovakia plant.
Opel Grandland
