Many consider that when production ceased, everything changed and that the essence of competition was lost, and no wonder. Now it seems to come back to life with the Collection GT «Nicola Larini».
It must be clarified that it is not a return to the production of the 4C, it is a unique project carried out by Stellantis Heritage. The department dedicated to classics wanted to pay tribute to Nicola Larini and the Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI, which were DTM champions in 1993. It is a creation of the “Reloaded by Creators” program, which has already given life to other models such as the Abarth Classiche 1300 OT or the Fiat 500 Tributo Trepiuno. The decision to do it on the basis of the Alfa Romeo 4C is that Larini himself had always admired the model and had a very close to the competition ones. Those emotions that it evokes have served to take three existing units and give them a very special configuration with the original colors of the iconic Giulia GT from the 70s. The three Alfa Romeo 4C Collezione GT “Nicola Larini” will be made directly by Stellantis Heritage and can be reserved by collectors. The sale price has not been revealed, but it surely lives up to its exclusivity. It will also serve to remember the driver’s successes, first in the Italian Supertourism Championship with the 155 GTA and then in the aforementioned DTM in 1993.
