KTM is finalizing the details of one of its most anticipated motorcycles, at least in the Asian markets, the new 390 Adventure 2025, which we have been talking about in recent months and which seems to be almost ready to be launched on the market. Himalayan 450 level models, Yezdi AdventureTriumph Scrambler 400 X and the next Hero Xpulse 440 They await it “with open arms” in a category that is increasingly prepared and focused on efficient use on and off the road.
KTM 390 Adventure 2025: Key points of the model
As we have been telling you before, it is more than likely that KTM will unfold its 390 Adventure 2025 in different equipment and finish versions. The one we show you today could end up being a Rally variant thanks to its high fender, spoked wheels (21” at the front?) or an instrument panel positioned almost vertically.
Its front with double superimposed optics or a height-adjustable windshield with a clear Dakarian design stands out. If we look at its side we can instantly notice how compact its silhouette appears, the long travel of the suspensions or the protection elements in case of seeking the limits outside the asphalt.
To do this, KTM includes a crankcase protector or a set of side protections in case of rollover. The cycle part is completed with a brake disc on each axle, an adjustable rear monoshock and probably a good level of technological systems in tune with the philosophy of the motorcycle.
Traction control, dual-channel ABS disconnectable from the rear axle or different driving modes should be offered as standard. All this accompanied by the mechanics released in the new generation 390 Duke. The single-cylinder LC4 now manages to reach the 399cc thanks to increasing the stroke by 4 mm.
KTM declares a power of just over 44 HP and a maximum torque of 39 Nm, all of this transferred to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox equipped with a mechanically operated PASC slipper clutch. In addition, it has 2 driving modes, Street and Rain and with the possibility of mounting an optional Quickshifter +.
