The Harley-Davidson Riding Academy has just reached one million pilots trained. This program, after 24 years in operation, continues to teach safe and confident pilots to drive through the largest training network in the United States.

The program, which began in 2000 under the name Rider’s Edgewas renamed in 2013 as Harley-Davidson Riding Academy. Currently provides training through a network of more than 225 dealers Harley-Davidson in 43 states, making it the most extensive network and the only licensing program endorsed by a motorcycle manufacturer in the U.S.

With a variety of experiences designed to enhance and enrich any pilot’s skills, the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy has positioned itself as a leader in the development of riding skills. The core of its training is the course for new riders, which helps participants achieve their dream of riding a Milwaukee-branded motorcycle.
The Harley-Davidson Riding Academy also offers courses for intermediate level riders, for those interested in 3-wheeled vehicles, adventure touring riding, and skills practice. In most states, successful completion of these courses allows students to obtain a U.S. motorcycle license waiver.
All instructors of the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy They have double certification, both from their own Riding Academy as well as the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), thus ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, safety and teaching techniques for adults.
