By 2025, Husqvarna is pleased to announce a new generation of the TC 85 2025. The small two-stroke machine, designed for competition, now features a completely renewed chassis that significantly improves its performance and stability.
Its mechanical heart has been updated and now increases power delivery at low and medium revs. New additions to optimize the track experience for young riders include a rear shock absorber WPswingarm and ergonomic bodywork. But it doesn’t stop there. To complete the new features, the updated graphics, aligned with the brand’s larger motorcycles, give a modern and aggressive look to the TC 85 2025.

Taking as a base the previous model that, by the way, won the 2023 Junior Motocross World Championship, the new TC 85 2025 has introduced a chassis with refined geometry that significantly improves handling and stability.
Following the design of the larger bikes, the new WP XACT shock absorber, now 16 mm shorter for a more balanced chassis, is anchored to the top tube of the frame. This design provides a firmer ride, especially beneficial on circuits and over jumps. In addition, the steering angle has been reduced by half a degree and moved 6 mm closer to the centre of the chassis to improve handling in corners, especially when exiting them.
The 85cc two-stroke engine has benefited from several new components. Updates include a new cylinder head, spark plug, ignition and exhaust, with tweaks to the carburettor. Keihin adapted to the improved engine. In addition, compared to the previous generation, the engine has been tilted three degrees upwards at the front, pivoting from the same mounting point on the swingarm, allowing for better weight distribution.
The new swingarm is 300 grams lighter thanks to a refined casting process. Combined, the new frame, WP XACT shock absorber and swingarm reduce the overall height of the bike.
