It is called Cyclone RC 410R Akuariumand yes, its entire body is transparent (perhaps that’s why the nickname Akuarium…). The fact is that, in addition to its striking appearance, this preparation draws attention for other really curious aspects, such as using carbon fiber in two of its main elements of the cycle part, we suppose that to lighten the final weight of the set. .
We are talking about the wheels and the swingarm that this RC 410R sports, both made of the exclusive material. It is probably the main change that it shows with respect to the standard model that has been used for its construction, the Cyclone RC401. This comes equipped with the brand’s 400 cc parallel twin and liquid cooling.

The final result will be about 45 HP of power, achieving in the case of the RC401 a maximum speed of around 170 km/h, somewhat less in the trail variant. As for its chassis, the RC401 would come equipped with 17-inch wheels and double disc in the front, as well as a two-channel ABS system, inverted fork in the front and a central rear monoshock.
The chassis in this case would be made of steel, combined with an aluminum rear swingarm. With all this, the declared weight would be in the order of 178 kilos, which we assume will be reduced in this RC 410R Akuarium, thanks to the aforementioned swingarm and the carbon fiber wheels. We don’t know if the body also weighs less than the one used in the production model, we assume so.
Speaking of the latter, doesn’t its design and choice of colors remind you of the famous iMac G3 presented on May 6, 1998 by the company’s CEO and founder, Steve Jobs? To tell the truth, it is the first image that came to our minds as colleagues in the editorial team when we learned about the RC 410R Akuarium. The mixture of transparent fibers with the blue and white color is very similar to what it looks like on its body and front spoilers.
We do not know if this decoration is inspired by the one that the iMac G3 presented at the end of the 90s. Nor if, as happened with the North American PC, this Cyclone preparation will serve to fill the coffers of the Chinese brand. What there is no doubt about is that it is very striking and also serves, in an instructive way, to get to know the insides of the model.
