This Honda Super Cub is now a “beast” with 12 brake calipers, adjustable height and various MotoGP parts

Eccentric, so we could consider this preparation of a Honda Super Cub that comes to us directly from Japan and is one of the most peculiar that we have come across recently. The first is because it uses a Honda Super Cub and the usual thing is that we find totally different motorcycle preparations, sportier, bigger, more radical… The second is because what its creator proposes is something that goes beyond all logic.

One of the most efficient motorcycles there is, such as the Super Cub, becomes a clear example of the capacity for waste and over-dimension of the projects that human beings can carry out. And the thing is, when you are with a vehicle that borders on perfection in terms of its intention, why get involved?

Well, the answer is more or less simple: get involved in order to have a motorcycle that attracts attention. As you well know, the Honda Super Cub has a small 124 cubic centimeter engine that offers 9.8 HP. Well, instead of leaving it as is, it carries out different preparations inside and outside to achieve more power, although it even has to resort to assembling parts from a CB125 or mounting an exhaust that we would see in MotoGP.

The most striking thing about the preparation of the Super Cub is not in the engine…

Another thing that is standard on the Honda Super Cub is a simple front disc brake and a rear drum brake. Well not anymore, since he has put double front discs and another double rear disc. Does it seem excessive to you? Well, that’s because you haven’t noticed that each of those discs has 3 brake calipers, so we’re talking about a total of 12 calipers for the scooter.

But we are not yet done with the eccentricities, far from it, because the Honda Super Cub, which works reasonably well as far as suspensions are concerned if we take into account the use for which it is intended, has also received new suspensions. And by that we don’t mean harder springs or an inverted fork, far from it, we mean a complex adjustable suspension system.

In short, a curious, eccentric motorcycle but that, undeniably, has its own character and the result of which is a preparation that is closer to a transformer than a Honda Super Cub.
