UM Motorcycles presents its new offerings for the European market at EICMA 2024. Present on our continent since 2017, the brand established a design center in Turin to ensure that its models meet the standards and tastes of European consumers and a commercial office in Milan to stay close to its clients and partners.
Known for producing small and medium displacement motorcycles and scooters from 125cc to 400cc, UM Motorcycles continues to innovate with cutting-edge technologies, new engines and an enhanced Warranty Program. By 2025, the brand has 3 new models designed to meet the growing demands of European two-wheeled drivers, in particular a new motorcycle in the neoclassical segment and two scooters.
UM Wynwood 125
The first of the new features that UM Motorcycles shows us is this high-wheel urban scooter designed for urban drivers. It stands out for its striking design and ease of use, making it ideal for all travelers, especially beginners. It has a 125 cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke single-cylinder engine with 9.8 HP at 8,000 rpm, which provides a perfect balance between simplicity, performance and confidence for the rider, even during difficult overtaking.
The 16-inch wheels, both front and rear, offer great stability in urban traffic. The wide, flat footrest increases rider comfort, allowing easy access and stable footing, even when parking in tight spaces. It also has a CBS system (Combined Braking System. With a final weight of 120 kg, the Wynwood is extremely easy to handle, even when maneuvering with the engine off.
The package is completed by LED lights for optimal visibility, a clear LCD screen in all conditions and space under the seat to store a jet helmet. For customers requiring more space and protection, a 30-litre top box and a high windscreen with integrated hand protection will also be available. Wynwood 125 will be available in 3 colors: Matte Blue, Matte Light Gray and Matte Dark Gray.
UM Rockville 125 AND 300 CC
The Rockville is a compact maxi scooter with a sporty and adventurous appearance, inspired by the wild landscapes of the American Midwest. The brand has announced that it will be available in two engine options: a 125 cc version with 12.1 HP and a more powerful 300 cc version with 23.8 HP. Both engines are single-cylinder, 4-stroke and liquid-cooled. In the cycle part, the double disc brakes and the traction control system, combined with the 14-inch front wheels and 13-inch rear wheels, offer excellent stability.
The Rockville features a TFT color screen with phone mirroring function, allowing you to view personal information and navigation directly on the scooter’s screen. The windshield is adjustable in two positions for greater aerodynamic protection, and the standard ABS braking system (even on the 125 cc version) guarantees safety and powerful braking.
With space under the seat for a compact full-face helmet, passenger grab handles and a USB port for smartphone charging, the Rockville is designed for maximum comfort and practicality. The standard Smart Key function further increases convenience, allowing the rider to start the scooter without removing the key from their pocket or bag, saving time and effort.
Also available – as an accessory – is a 35-litre black anodized aluminum top box, with a square shape for authentic adventure style, to increase storage capacity, adapt a full-face helmet and much more. Rockville will be available in 3 colors: Matte White, Matte Sand and Matte Cool Grey.
UM Riverdale 401
UM’s new star in the neoclassical motorcycle segment, as it combines vintage aesthetics with cutting-edge performance. This motorcycle is perfect for everyday use, whether commuting to work or university, or weekend getaways out of the city. The Riverdale 401 is powered by a 401 cc, liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine, which delivers 42.8 HP at 9,500 rpm.
In the cycle part it is equipped with an inverted front fork and 17-inch wheels, while the braking system has a double 300 mm front disc with radially mounted brake calipers combined with the 240 mm rear disc providing precision and power in braking. . The Riverdale 401 also features an LCD screen, the iconic LED headlight with the “R” signature integrated into the headlight, and the double-stitched saddle offers comfort to both rider and passenger.
The dual sports exhaust adds to the stylish look, providing a distinctive and powerful sound, and lastly, this new model comes with a front dash cam to offer protection, encourage responsible driving and capture memorable moments. The Riverdale 401 will be available in 3 colors: Matte Gray, Bright Bottle Green and Bright Yellow.
