In April we were able to see the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure and the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure Enduro in the testing phase riding around India. In June they “caught” the bike again with a more adventure cut and now it is the turn of the more enduro version. In addition, they have done it with the bike in conditions that suggest that it has already been thoroughly tested.
These photos serve to confirm what was suspected and that is that the KTM 390 Adventure Enduro 2025 will be focused on more off-road and country use than the standard Adventure version. In fact, details can be seen in the plastics that would bring it closer to the brand’s enduro bikes than to street bikes.
We can confirm the choice of 18-inch wheels at the rear and 21-inch wheels at the front, typical of motorcycles that aspire to ride in the countryside, and also the spoked wheels, essential for uneven terrain.
However, unlike the enduro bikes from the Austrian brand, there are also clear differences that can be seen with the naked eye in this 2025 KTM 390 Adventure Enduro. One of them is in the size of the fuel tank, which makes it clear that it is not a recreational bike, but is designed for greater use, and another is the placement of the exhaust, which is too low for areas with large irregularities.
The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure Enduro shares an engine with the standard version
We also know that the engine of both versions will be the same, which means that we will find a 399cc single-cylinder with a power output of 45 hp and 39 Nm. They will also share a six-speed gearbox, although both the gear ratio and the engine’s power delivery could be modified to adapt it to more off-road use in the case of the enduro.
Similarly, there are other components that it shares with its sister, such as the braking system with a 320 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc, or the WP shock absorber, although, as we were talking about the engine, the suspension settings could vary.
As for the technological equipment, when talking about a bike with such simple lines, little more than LED lighting and an LCD screen with Bluetooth connectivity, one can expect. Now we just have to wait for new photos with more details or for its official presentation, which is expected to take place at the EICMA next November.
