The American firm Dust Moto has been working for a few months on what will be its first electric model, the Hightail. A high-performance motocross mount that seeks to surprise its future owners thanks to its performance in Offroad riding. To do this, they use an interchangeable 4.4 kWh battery, along with an electric motor placed in a central position. Regarding this, the brand has not yet offered details related to the technical aspects that surround it.

Now we have learned, thanks to the colleagues at Ride Apart, that the Hightail is ready for production. In fact, Dust Moto has already opened the reservation period and announces that it will begin with the first deliveries at the end of next year 2025. In any case, the brand has made public the main specifications of the new model, as well as data related to the final benefits it offers.

Braking is equipped with two discs, 260 mm on the front axle and 220 mm on the rear axle. Radial calipers are anchored to them, with four pistons at the front and single-piston type at the rear.
The radial wheels mount Offroad tires in sizes 80/100-21 and 100/100-18, front and rear respectively. These are responsible for supporting the barely 100 kilos in running order that the brand declares. With a final distance of 1,400 mm, the seat is located 900 mm from the ground.
