The DRE Adventure 2024 It returns this season in what is already its eighth edition and, as in previous years, it will focus on adventure enthusiasts who wish to perfect the secrets of driving on and off the road.
Furthermore, they do so by experiencing the qualities of Ducati motorcycles in beautiful Italian settings, combining instruction with complete immersion in the Italian reality of culture, art, territory and relaxation.
The 4 scheduled events of the DRE Adventure 2024 They will be based in a new location in the Italian region of Umbria, the Park Hotel ai Cappuccini. The structure, a former convent from the 17th century, is located in the center of Gubbio (Perugia), and also offers the opportunity to spend a few days relaxing and exploring the area and its traditions.
The route is carried out with the Multistrada V4 S, the Multistrada V4 Rally and the DesertX, to which is added the new DesertX Rally, ideal for lovers of rallies or the world of Adventouring, designed for those looking for the best balance between Ducati's performance on the road and the ability to tackle any terrain.
DRE Adventure 2024 in detail
The DRE Adventure format is characterized by an extensive program that combines moments of riding instruction with a charming tour surrounded by vegetation in which it is possible to appreciate the dynamic characteristics of the Ducati on different terrains.
A group of top-level instructors offers pilots the opportunity to discover the secrets of the Adventouring world: from an appropriate driving position, to learning the most effective off-road driving techniques, through to technical and logistical advice in the preparation of the trip and the management of unforeseen events that may arise during the tour.
Furthermore, thanks to the wide customization possibilities of the saddle and suspensions, with different raised and lowered solutions, all the motorcycles used in the DRE Adventure courses can be adapted to the characteristics of each participant.
The DRE Adventure program is divided into two days:
- The first takes place in Villa Benveduti, an elegant 18th century villa in the lush landscape of the Gubbio countryside, and is dedicated to getting to know the motorcycle and performing technical exercises to acquire the appropriate confidence in off-road riding in the courses created for this purpose. .
- The second day includes a route with sections both on and off-road, which immediately puts the drivers in a position to put into practice what they have learned in the courses and continue learning new driving techniques.
For this 2024, the DRE Adventure will have up to 4 events spread throughout the year:
- The first two in June (June 11-12 and 13-14)
- Two in October (September 30 – October 1 and October 2-3).
The DRE Adventure 2024 is part of the Ducati Riding Academy program, an activity that has reached a complete offer without parallel in the two-wheeled panorama, and that in twenty years of activity has trained and involved to more than 30,000 fans.
