Born on June 9, 1998 in Paterna (Valencia), he showed a great passion for motorcycles from a young age, starting motorcycling at the age of 8. Throughout his career, he has trained with dedication and has competed in various categories, from minibikes to international championships.

After standing out in regional competitions and in the Inter-School League, in 2013 he made the leap to big tracks, achieving a runner-up position in the Mediterranean Championship and in the Challenge 250. In 2014 he was proclaimed Champion of the Spanish Speed ​​Cup in PreMoto3 and the Be-On Trophy.

His career continued to rise in 2016 when he became runner-up in the Junior World Championship in Moto3 Production. In 2017 he won the Spanish Stock 600 Championship and the Under-21 title, as well as an outstanding debut in the Moto2 World Championship. In 2018 and 2019 he continued to shine, achieving a third place in the Moto2 European Championship and a runner-up position in the MotoE World Cup. In 2020 and 2021 he raced in the Moto2 class of the world championship with the FlexBox HP40 team with modest results.

It would be in 2022 when Héctor Garzó would reach the MotoE world championship riding for Tech3 E-Racing and finishing the season in 8th place. And in 2023, with the arrival of Ducati in the category, he signed for his current Dynavolt Intact GP MotoE team, finishing in 4th place overall at the end of the year.

With this victory in the MotoE World Championship, the Valencian rider becomes the second Spaniard to win this categoryfollowing in the footsteps of the two-time champion Jordi Torres (2020 and 2021).
