This 2025 FLY Racing Collection highlights the significant renovation that its range of helmets has undergone. Without going any further, the brand’s smart helmet, the Smart Formulawith integrated impact detection, emergency response and real-time driving analysis. It now features the Protocol graphic, marked by the combination of striking colours, such as fuchsia, blue, fluorescent yellow or red, with black and grey and various geometric lines, as well as a gradient effect. It can be purchased atin sizes from XS to 2XL, for 899.95 euros.
Among the new features of this new collection, the helmet stands out. FLY Racing Kineticwith a polymer shell, available in 3 sizes, and a dual-density EPS (expanded polystyrene) liner, which can be customized to up to four different sizes. This, combined with the nose guard integrated into the custom-molded rubber trim, ensures total safety and fit. In addition, the helmet features the system known as “True Functional Ventilation” (TFV), thanks to which there is good circulation of moving air.
This air passes through the various air intakes located in the chin area and at the top front, passes through the ventilation channels aligned in the EPS and exits through the rear extractors. It also features a comfort lining and removable and washable cheek pads. The FLY Racing Kinetic helmet will soon be available in sizes ranging from from XS to 2XLin the case of the solid model, and from S to XLif we talk about the Rally graph. The FLY Racing 2025 Collection It also brings with it a significant renewal in the range of MX kits (shirt and pants), with new designs for existing lines, such as the Evolution DST or the Lite. An example of this can be found in the F-16 setan accessible option for all users, even for those who are just starting out in this discipline. The shirt is made of lightweight and durable polyester, which guarantees performance and fit, and features elasticated, short and loose cuffs and an elasticated collar.
The F-16 pants are made of 600D polyester, which provides great strength and durability, with Soft-Flex protective rubber details and mesh lining, for good ventilation and extra comfort. They also have multi-directional stretch knit for greater flexibility, ergonomically pre-formed knees (which adapt to most protections) and a ratchet and belt closure, for an unbeatable fit.
The FLY Racing F-16 T-shirt will soon be available in different colours, in sizes from S to 2XL, for 29.95 euros. Meanwhile, the pants that complete the set will be available in sizes 28 to 42, for 99.95 euros.
