The Harley Owners Group European Rally welcomes more than 100,000 fans in its 30th edition

The historic riverside town of Senigallia, Italy, hosted for the first time the 30th anniversary of the Harley Owners Group European Rally, which took place June 6-9, 2024. This rally is held at a different location each year, and regularly attracts to tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts.

This Italian edition exceeded all expectations, with an estimated attendance of 100,000 followers of Harley-Davidson, and members of the Harley Owners Group, in the Le Marche region, during the three days that the event lasted. More than 20,000 motorcyclists They came from all over Italy, Europe and beyond, to enjoy a packed program of activities, turning the city into a paradise for Harley-Davidson fans.

Among the main areas of the concentration were Piazza Garibaldi, the Foro Annonario and the gardens of the enormous medieval fortress “Rocca Roveresca”. These areas had attractions such as a cozy area Harley Owners Group for customers, and a Harley-Davidson exhibition with the latest news for 2024.

Also on display were the new Street Glide and Road Glide models, featuring an updated Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-Twin engine. More than 270 people participated in the brand's free test drives, and Adventure Touring and off-road fans had the opportunity to join an exclusive off-road experience, organized by the Italian guide team Di Traverso Adventouring, headed by flat track legend Marco Belli.

These popular rides took place on the best Strade Bianche (white gravel tracks) in the Le Marche region, allowing riders to explore unconventional roads and demonstrate the versatility of the Pan America 1250. On Friday, the Custom Bike Show, sponsored by Metzeler, hosted many incredible creations from all over Europe.

The winner was Diane Halhead from the United Kingdom, which after being announced by the Italian Mirko Perugini, took home the Metzeler People's Choice Award, after being voted for by more than 300 members of the public.

Saturday's spectacular parade was led by Harley-Davidson personalities, such as Jochen ZeitzCEO of Harley-Davidson, and Karen Davidson, HD global ambassador, great-granddaughter of founder William A. Davidson and daughter of William G. “Willie G.” Davidson, Chief Styling Officer Emeritus, highlighting the importance of the Rally worldwide, not just in Europe.

Representatives of the Harley Owners Group sections and flag bearers also led the parade that started from the maritime highway in front of the emblematic Rotunda, a magnificently picturesque place. More than 3,000 motorcyclists participated in the 33 km paradeand thousands of spectators came to the course to wave and high-five as they passed.

No event of the Harley Owners Group would be complete without an extensive entertainment programme, and this year's rally featured an impressive Italian and international cast, hosted by Virgin Radio DJ Ringo. Among the groups were The Picturebooks (DE), Eric Steckel (US), The Rainband (UK) Marky Ramone's Blitzkrieg (US), Heavenix (SI), Timothy Cavicchini and the Gang (IT) and Giuseppe Scarpato (IT).

During the event, the brand confirmed that the Harley-Davidson Euro Festival will return to Porte Grimaud, Gulf of Saint-Tropez, France, from May 8 to 11, 2025. Last held in 2018, the Euro Festival returns in response to huge customer demand with a great celebration of music and motorcycle culture, expected top international bands to perform live, and with incredible Harley-Davidson experiences brought to the shores of the French Riviera.

With a regular attendance of more than 30,000 attendees, the Euro Festival promises to be a great and unmissable season opener in 2025 that features a packed calendar of events sponsored by Harley-Davidson. Kolja RebstockVice President and General Manager EMEA of Harley-Davidson Motor Company, commented on the Rally:
