Triumph raises the bar for off-road use with the TF 450-RC, its next “four and a half” MX bike

Under the slogan “This is our dream, which has finally come true”Triumph has presented on social networks and its official website a render in which they show their future TF 450-RCthe high-performance MX that all fans of the British brand have been waiting for. A bike that, if it follows the design line of the current TF 250-X, we are sure will give a lot to talk about.

Behind the project is the brand department Triumph Racingwith which it actively collaborates Ricky Carmichael. The latter is the protagonist of the video teaser that the brand has shown on the occasion of the final of the SuperMotocross World Championship held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Unlike what happened with the TF 250-X, the brand wanted to prolong the wait a little longer to show the world its new TF 450-RC.

Triumph TF 450-RC 2025: The boost that the category needs

Throughout the few seconds that one of the teaser videos lasts, Carmichael himself can be heard commenting that: “I don’t just want to put my name on something. I want to build it from the ground up. If I stand behind it, if I put my name on something, it has to mean something. This is our dream, which has finally become a reality.”

But what can we expect from the new Triumph TF 450-RC? Well, to tell the truth, and taking into account the images that appear in both recordings, it is clear that the Hinckley brand is ready to go all out with its new model.

Recall that the TF 250-X, available since last May in Triumph COs, offers a class-leading power-to-weight ratio and the most comprehensive specification package ever launched in the ultra-competitive 250cc motocross bike segment.

If we transfer this to this TF 450-RC, it is more than likely that we are looking at a motocross bike destined to revolutionize the category. To do so, it will have top specifications, as well as a compendium of elements, in the engine, chassis and electronics section, where renowned brands will be responsible for putting their grain of sand to turn it into a true lethal weapon on the track. In any case, it will not be until the next October 3rd when we know more details about the model.
