Tucano Urbano has chosen EICMA, the most important international exhibition in the two-wheeled sector, to present for the first time Hyperlink, its first urban integral helmet, approved P/J ECE 22.06with removable chin guard and ultra-panoramic visor, designed specifically for use in the city. To detect any obstacle, the two-dimensional visor allows a horizontal field of vision of 230° and a vertical field of 105°.
In recent years, the Italian brand has offered urban motorcyclists its super versatile jet and demi-jet models, fresh and colorful, and with its inimitable urban design, even in ECE 06 approved versions. Now, the time has come to give another great leap in the name of change in urban mobility, with the new Hyperlink.
Tucano Urbano Hyperlink: The brand’s first modular helmet
About Hyperlink, Florian Martinmarketing director of the Mandelli Group, said: “We are very proud to present our first urban modular helmet at EICMA. And we highlight ‘urban’ because in the design we have taken care of every detail to meet the needs of those who use two wheels in the city. “That’s why, first of all, we wanted the visibility to be as wide as possible, to be able to detect any danger.”
“Secondly, we made the chin guard removable for greater practicality: our Hyperlink can be easily stored in the compartment under the seat, even together with another helmet. Which is a great convenience for those who travel as a couple or have a thousand commitments and do not want to carry the helmet on their backs.”
Tucano Urbano chooses three color schemes for its first full-face helmet: matte black, matte light gray and shiny tuberose grey. These are the three colors available for the standard Hyperlink model with Bluetooth by Midland capability (€199.99); only in matte black for the version with the integrated Smartcom by Midland intercom (€299.99), designed for the urban user who takes advantage of travel to make calls.
Tucano Urbano Fastlip
The same dual option for another important novelty that will arrive, along with Hyperlynk, next spring: the Fastlip helmet (€274.99), modular model, P/J ECE 22.06 approved, with 180° folding chin guard. If it is folded forward, the helmet is used as a full face helmet; if you turn back of your head, like a jet. And also in this case it is a novelty for the brand, which in each of its products always seeks that versatility and functionality capable of simplifying the lives of those who choose two wheels in their daily lives.
Tucano Urbano Termoscud
The legendary coverage celebrates this historic milestone at EICMA with more than 1 million units sold. Since that distant 1999, thanks to more than 200 specific models, the scooter has never hibernated in winter again, and the research and development work that has made the Termoscud increasingly more comfortable, functional and, above all, custom-adapted , has never stopped. Until it became the best-selling scooter leg cover, being the only original equipped with the SGAS anti-wind system and the only one made strictly tailored for the most popular vehicles.
Tucano Urbano Stay Warm
Winter specialist, Tucano Urbano presents other ingenious innovations at EICMA to protect against the cold. Thus, in addition to the Topwarm vest (€99.99), the Neckwarm collar (€51.99), the Cintukawarm belt (€64.99) and the Coolwarm seat cover (€69.99) already present in the range, The new Bibwarm padded bib (€59.99) with heating in the shoulders and cervical area is added.
