Royal Enfield takes a step further in its global expansion with the new “Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty” (Royal Enfield Borderless Guarantee), a service for its customers that will make their planned international trips easier. To do this, the brand has coordinated with more than 100 companies 3,000 authorized service points spread across 2,321 cities in more than 70 different countries.
This means that all motorcycles, regardless of the country of registration, can benefit from the warranty services of a Royal Enfield authorised workshop or service centre when ridden in a country other than the country of origin. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Commercial Director of the Indian-British firm, explained about the Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty:

With the introduction of Royal Enfield’s ‘Borderless Warranty Program’, we aim to redefine the customer experience, offering unprecedented levels of support and warranty to riders across the world.”
Royal Enfield Borderless Guarantee Requirements
- Any Royal Enfield motorcycle currently under warranty is covered by the “Royal Enfield Borderless Warranty”.
- Eligible Royal Enfield motorcycles, irrespective of the country of registration, can avail warranty services from an authorized Royal Enfield dealer workshop/service centre when ridden in a country other than their home country. (Not applicable to motorcycles exported from one country to another under personal imports.)
- Periodic maintenance services have been availed within the respective period/mileage ranges as per the schedule in the owner’s manual from an authorized Royal Enfield dealer workshop/service center.
