This minibike has a CBR1000RR Fireblade engine, and now it has become something that only thinks about killing you

We are not clear about what leads to creating a “fiend of the devil” like this Coleman CT200U equipped with a Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade engine. What we do know is that it has not been easy for the guys from the YouTube channel BUM to be able to fit the excellent four-cylinder engine of the Japanese superbike into the small frame that equips this Offroad minibike.

It may interest you:

You just have to take a look at the video of the process, to see how laborious it was and how they had to make different modifications to be able to drop it inside the tubular chassis of this CT200U. But perhaps that is the lesser of the evils of this project because, have you seen what this ancient minibike is made of?

Coleman CT200U with CBR1000RR Fireblade engine: A real madness

We have taken a look at the internet to find some information about this Coleman model, and we are amazed to see it now equipped with an engine. CBR1000RR Fireblade. Basically, because the simplicity of the CT200U is totally incompatible with attaching a propeller of that magnitude inside.

There is no suspension of any kind, while the braking equipment is made up of two drums, one per wheel. Then we have its short wheelbase and a weight of just 70 kilos empty. In short, a really dangerous cocktail when you go from just 7 HP of power to no less than 200.

As the Ride Apart colleagues explain, a good part of the chassis areas have been reinforced and it even had to be stretched at the top to be able to fit the CBR1000RR Fireblade engine inside. Then anchor plates were welded to hold it in place and later it was checked if it would start.

If you thought you'd seen it all, take a look at this minibike with a CBR1000RR Fireblade engine

Finally, they were able to test it on the track and despite what it meant to have installed this CBR1000RR Fireblade engine in the small chassis of the CT200U, the protagonists of this crazy project came out successful after a couple of passes.

Would you put yourself at the controls of a car of this type?
