Triumph Spain has recently inaugurated Triumph Madrid Northyour new official dealer in Alcobendasin an event that brought together more than 300 guests including clients, fans of the brand, specialized press, authorities and national and international representatives of the Hinckley factory.
Located next to the A-1the new space reinforces the presence of the British firm in the north of the Community of Madrid and offers a comprehensive brand experience in its more than 1,000 m² motorcycle exhibition, where the fan will also enjoy after-sales service, spare parts, a boutique, accessories, a second-hand motorcycle, a test ride area and private parking for visitors.
Triumph Madrid Norte: almost 1,000 m² of passion for motorcycles
With this opening, Triumph Madrid Norte joins the brand’s official network with the aim of bringing the Triumph universe closer to one of the busiest areas of the Community of Madrid, turning this new center into a point of reference for all those users looking to discover, buy, maintain or enjoy a Triumph with the support of the official network.
The inauguration also served to bring together clients, fans, specialized press and brand representatives around a project that reinforces Triumph’s presence in Madrid. The event was attended by Borja Sekulits, General Director of Triumph Spain, as well as Paul StroudChief Commercial Officer, and Andy GawthorpeEuropean Regional Director, who accompanied the Triumph Madrid Norte team in the launch of the new official dealership.
Located on Carretera de Fuencarral, 14, in AlcobendasTriumph Madrid Norte has facilities of almost 1,000 m² distributed in two blocks connected by its interior within the Alcovega Building. The new space combines areas dedicated to showroom and workshopwith modern facilities and equipped with the latest technology in workshop equipment.
Of the total surface area, approximately 400 m² spread over two floors are dedicated to the sale of new motorcycles, while another 260 m² are dedicated to the after-sales area. Added to this are specific spaces for a boutique and accessories store, sale of used motorcycles, a test drive area and private parking for clients and visitors.
Added to this infrastructure is a team of professionals with solid experience in the sector and in the brand itself, both in the areas of sales and customer advice and in workshop service. In this way, Triumph Madrid Norte was born with the ability to offer specialized attention in all phases of the relationship with the user, from the first contact with the range to the maintenance and subsequent care of the motorcycle.
Triumph Madrid Norte is integrated into Vian Motomobile, the two-wheeled division of Vian Automobile, a company that has already been active in the official distribution of cars and motorcycles for 25 years and already manages Triumph Zaragoza and Triumph Pamplona, two dealerships that began their activity with the British brand in January and June 2023, respectively.
With this new center in Alcobendas, the group adds its third dealership dedicated to Triumph and strengthens its relationship with the brand in a key place like Madrid. The arrival of Triumph Madrid Norte allows us to expand the capillarity of the official network and offer a closer service to customers.
